Our gorgeous one floor property features 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the second with a full size bed and a third one with a full size + twin size beds (all with super comfortable linens and foam mattresses) and 2 full bathrooms (towels, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash provided).
Up to 6 adults allowed (18 years and older) on the property.
An attached studio to the home is rented separately, it is fully independent and there are no common areas however please note the driveway is shared by both properties and there is a potential for some noise in the kitchen area which is the closest part of the home to the studio, if you would like to rent both properties please reach out to us
Its open plan will allow you to relax in our spacious living room featuring a 60” Smart TV with free Netflix or have a family dinner in our 6 seat dining room. Cooking will be easy in our fully stocked kitchen which has all the appliances and utensils you may need including basic condiments.
Enjoy the San Antonio weather in our large backyard that has a beautiful terrace. Stay connected with free high speed WiFi throughout the home.
You will have access to a 1 car shared driveway, additional parking space is available on the street. For stays 7 nights or longer a washer and dryer will be available for your convenience.
You will have access to all parts of the home. Central AC and heating will keep you comfortable in every season.Check in will be a breeze and you will not have to worry about carrying keys with our Wifi digital keypad for access. Feel safe while away with CCTV cameras pointed at all entrances.
In order to keep our property adequate for all guests parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, access is allowed only for guests in the reservation and smoking is not allowed inside the home.
Feel free to bring your furry friends with you, we allow up to 2 dogs in the property (up to 20 lbs each) as long as they are not left unattended inside and do not make noise during the night.
