"I like the hotel because of where it is, near to the beach, it has a lovely swimming pool, and gardens, and the staff are very nice, nothing to much trouble for them."
"The room was spacious with very good facilities, and the swimming pool was great. The toilet by the pool was not working for 2 days, and trying to get information about the bus stops and stop location for the interbus service to Murcia City was a real pain.
The hotel should keep details readily available for this in reception!
