Friendly staff, they helped us organise a taxi to Palenque at very short notice as another taxi company had let us down. Also very supportive when I told them my partner was ill. The breakfast is great if you like eggs and/or meat, sadly I don't eat either so the options were very limited. Great presentation of food though. Easy walking distance into town and felt safe

Shoe box rooms no hot water

I was surprised at the high rating. The first nite was like sleeping in a shed no windows, damp and cold. The next two nites changed rooms a bit bigger still damp and cold. No hot water in either room. 3rd nite saw a room n ct door with a heater. Asked for a heater which they provided but never offered. The breakfast was great coffee, toast, fruit, and main meal.

No cuentan con estacionamiento y las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, pero cómodas, el servicio del personal es bastante amable, un punto a considerar es que no cuentan con estacionamiento.

Rigtig god service, men det er et gammelt og slidt hotel. Rengøringen var under standarden. Pletter på sengetøjet, væggene er meget beskidte og falske negle der er faldet af efter rengøring.

Bastante bien con algunos detalles

La chapa de nuestra puerta no funcionaba, pero lo que no pudimos ponerle seguro. La habitación estaba algo descuidada. Tenía un mueble despintado y sábanas con hoyos. El primer día el agua no salió tan caliente. Sin embargo, la cama estaba cómoda, el personal fue amable y nos gustó el desayuno. También está excelente la ubicación del hotel, en el mero centro.

Lo recomiendo totalmente. El personal super amable y te recomendaba lugares para visitar con diferentes opciones de comida. El hotel está a una cuadra del andador, super ubicado. El desayuno riquísimo, les recomiendo los chilaquiles y Omelette. El lugar super limpio en todo momento. Viajamos en pareja y quedamos encantados. Muchas gracias

La tipica truffa

Tipica struttura che mette in vendita ciò che poi non offre al cliente. Camera senza finestre estremamente polverosa con odore forte di muffa. Pompa dell’acqua che allieta la notte dei clienti e assenza di asciugamani in bagno. La struttura nonostante li abbia avvertiti del mio problema d’asma mi ha voluto offrire una colazione ( che era già inclusa) e il 25% del costo della camera. Segnalo l’unica nota positiva una buonissima colazione ben preparata e ben presentata.
