Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. There are two parking spaces designated for this property - one in the shared carport and one outside of the carport. Neither space is suitable for large, long vehicles. The approximate dimensions for the carport are 7ft 9in H x 8ft 2in W x 17ft L. The outside parking space on the south side of the building has approximate dimensions of 9ft H x 7ft 7in W x 20ft L.

This unit has a maximum occupancy of 14 (mix of adults/children) and is not suitable for more than 10 adults. Please keep this in mind when booking this unit.
This home has multiple staircases, including the extra, on the rooftop and between floors inside the home. This may not be suitable for all groups so please ensure you are comfortable with this, before booking. This home, like most in the coastal area, does not have air conditioning.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
