Welcome to our SoCal paradise! Perfectly located oceanfront retreat right on Pacific Beach. Home to world-class surfing spots, Board Walk & the famous Crystal Pier. Minutes to San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp, SeaWorld, Belmont, La Jolla, Balboa & more. You will love this home away from home in the heart of Pacific Beach!

The space
You will love this quiet unit with living room views of the ocean! This recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, private 2 bedroom home includes a fully appointed kitchen with all appliances including stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with a new comfy sofa. Smart 75 inch Flat Screen HDTV with Bose Sound System, free high-speed WiFi connection, patio with ocean views, assigned garage parking, elevator in building for easy access, hot tub and the best beach location San Diego has to offer. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners — a rare bonus in Pacific Beach! While PB usually enjoys a cool ocean breeze, there are a handful of humid or hot days during the year when you’ll be glad to have AC. It’s the little comforts like this that make our place a great choice, ensuring you stay cool and relaxed no matter the weather. PHENOMENAL condo! Great view of the waves from the balcony, always a must! A/C in the bedrooms kept us comfortable. The condo is clean, well kept, and well supplied. The building is secured, and a parking place in PB is amazing! This is our new place to stay in PB - near many great food and shopping options. LOVE IT! And if that's not enough - the owner was responsive and easy to work with, making the entire trip easy and carefree.Also has great corners for those unruly kids.

The host was prompt at getting back to us with every issue. I have no complaints about the host. They communicated appropriately to our concerns. If I was going to give any criticism it would be regarding the description of the unit on the website, which we felt was misleading. It is true that it is located right across the street from the beach and pier, so if these are your main desires, it checks these boxes, for sure. But, as for 5 star rental with crisp linens, air conditioning and washer/dryer… read carefully. The washer/dryer are outside the unit, around the corner, and are coin operated. The air conditioning consists of two noisy swamp coolers in the bedrooms. The master bedroom unit window opens onto the third floor hallway, so you can hear people passing and all the bar/alley noise. One night it pulled in the smells from the alley into the apartment, was not pleasant. We spent the warm night with the air conditioner off to get rid of the smell. The interior was sparse and not exceptionally clean, but I have been reassured by the host that our concerns would be addressed, and am hoping the next renter will indeed be able to give a 5 star rating. We did appreciate the ground floor parking garage, which was one of the reasons we rented this unit. All in all , it worked just fine for our short trip, and if you plan on spending your days on the beach, it’s perfect. It is also a close proximity to Ralph’s grocery store, which is very convenient.

You cannot find a better location in Pacific Beach. Once you get here, you do not even need a car. You can walk to everything. The host was so nice and so quick to respond to a few questions I had. Check in and checkout was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, the view of the Ocean was amazing. Loved the location, it was so easy to walk to the restaurants, shopping and of course… the beach.

Great location...

... But the property itself left a lot to be desired. The unit and the overall building is really showing its age. The bathrooms are incredibly small and we had mold or mildew along the door track in our shower. There were other small details as well along those lines (e.g., carpeting, outside noise given the window mini split air conditioners, etc.).On the bright side, the property owner was really good to work with and the location was great, very central.

See the Sea is Great

This complex is the perfect place to stay in PB or even Mission Beach. If you enjoy people watching and love the excitement of the boardwalk this is the place to be!

Visiting Daughter

The condo is in a perfect location for all the happenings in Pacific Beach. Walked the boardwalk and beach, lots of dining and shopping options. Fast and easy communication with the owner. Opened the slider, watched and listened to the oceans waves. Condo has super comfy beds, although we didn’t cook the kitchen was fully equipped. Secure parking was included and a plus! Will certainly rebook a stay here.

Great Location

Perfect location in the heart of PB. But that also comes with the noise from the alley outside the Bedroom window. Early morning trash and delivery helps you get an early start to the day. Would stay there again for sure

Not recommended for family

The condo is clean and close to the beach. The host was very prompt and kind with responding to our questions. The description of property states there is garage parking but doesn't state one car only. Parking close would cost $12 per hour if we had known ahead of time a couple of us would have flown instead of driving. The master bedroom has air conditioning but is very noisy and so is the Bar across the street. The other bedroom has fans only. Check out is 10 am and someone used the code to come in without knocking at 9:30 am. which was rude. I do recommend this for college age party people great location and fun.

Amazing location

This was a comfy and convenient stay. We used Uber vs rental and are sooo glad. This place is lovely on its own but close to everything. Grocery and restaurants nearby. We hated to leave. This is worth booking. Liz
