North Pacific Beach in San Diego is a stretch of coastline extending approximately one mile north from Crystal Pier to Pacific Beach Point. It offers a calmer beach environment suitable for swimming and family activities, while also catering to surfers at its northern end, and providing access to the lively Pacific Beach boardwalk area. It is characterized by the following: Bordered by cliffs up to 75 feet in height, with a boardwalk traversing along the cliff-top for much of the southern end. The cliffside location offers excellent vantage points for watching sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. It connects to the 3.2-mile boardwalk that runs through Pacific Beach, providing a scenic path for walking, jogging, or biking along the oceanfront. With its wide sandy beach, the area around Law Street and Diamond Street is a popular spot for general beach going and relaxation during peak summer days, frequented by both tourists and locals. The waves are generally calmer compared to Tourmaline Surfing Park, making it more suitable for swimming and family-friendly beach activities. The beginner-friendly waves also make North Pacific Beach a popular spot for surf lessons, with schools like the San Diego Surf School offering classes here. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.
• $50 application fee for any reservation over 31 nights.
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
