The Space:

This west-facing Rancho Peñasquitos spot is the kind of place you’ll never want to leave. Tucked in an upscale hillside neighborhood, the house is all about good vibes and outdoor fun. Think tropical getaway vibes with a saltwater pool, waterslide, waterfall, spa, fire table, and insane panoramic views over the city. Perfect for chilling out or turning up, whatever your mood.

Inside, the layout flows effortlessly. Downstairs, you’ve got a sleek, modern kitchen that opens up to the dining and living areas. Great for cooking together, streaming a show, shooting pool, or cozying up by the fireplace. There’s even a full bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with two dryers (yes, because pool towels).

Head upstairs and you’ll find five bedrooms that are super comfy and made for a good night’s sleep:

☆ Primary bedroom: King bed + twin-over-twin bunk + roll-away + private bath with tub.
☆ Bedroom 2: Queen bed + air mattress.
☆ Bedroom 3: Twin-over-queen bunk.
☆ Bedroom 4: Twin-over-queen bunk.
☆ Bedroom 5: Twin bed.

Each room has its own smart TV, cozy bedding, and space to unpack and settle in.

But let’s be real, The backyard is the star here. Jump into the pool, zip down the slide, soak in the spa or just hang out next to the waterfall. Guest access:
You’ll have the entire estate to yourself, including the backyard, pool, games, laundry room, and peaceful verandas. Enjoy full privacy and exclusive access to everything during your stay.

Other things to note:

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• After 14 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.
• The large master bedroom closet has been converted into the 5th bedroom.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.
• Loud music is not allowed on the property especially after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
