We stayed at this property for a family wedding, and it was within walking distance of our venue. It was perfect for our family, as it had six bedrooms. One of my sons had to work remotely for three days, so the lower-level apartment with a kitchen was ideal for him. Having two kitchens was very convenient for that reason. The place was spotless and exceptionally clean. It was perfect for hosting family and within walking distance of Shelter Island, which made for a lovely morning walk to grab coffee at Portside Coffee. You're also just a short walk from several restaurants, which was ideal. The garage space was also very useful. We had a great stay!

Great location for a girls weekend. The layout of the house is perfect for entertaining with the kitchen, living room and balconies off the second floor and sleeping quarters on the first and third. It allows everybody to have their own space. The house does have anything and everything you could need including two kitchens and two sets of washers and dryers. They also have beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage for you to use. It’s well maintained and perfect for large groups.

Great House & Location

Perfect central spot for a group trip, with walking access to plenty of restaurants / bars and a short drive to Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, Downtown, etc. The house itself exceeded expectations. Only bit of negative feedback is that it would be nice if some of the beds were larger Kings as they are all Queens.Owner was very accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Good space: big problems, too.

Although the house was large and comfortable--with good space for twelve of us to stay, unfortunately, there were some key issues that really marred our stay. The host was initially was very apologetic and seemed open to refunding us, but after much effort on our part, this never materialized; in fact, he ghosted us. After many phone calls and emails with details to VRBO, VRBO was no help telling us, "The host will not refund you."The biggest issue was that the main kitchen oven caught fire when we first used it (must have been food/grease below lower panel), and as a result it was much too dangerous to use. The entire first floor filled with smoke and the smoke detectors went off. After moving all the food to the oven in the lower level kitchen, we learned that one did not work at all, and the outdoor grill was filthy and also flamed dangerously high when we tried to use this. As a result we were unable to cook the hundreds of dollars of food we had purchased for several holiday meals. Furthermore, the two outdoor balconies had no furniture covers and there were bird droppings everywhere making these spaces unusable. The kitchen faucet fell off every time we used it which was a nuisance. Several dining chairs were wobbly and unsafe and two bar stools were completely broken...leaving the twelve of us with not enough seating.Needless to say, with these many issues and an unresponsive host in the face of these issues, our stay was subpar to say the least.

Great San Diego Spot

Came here with a group of 9 for a bachelor weekend. House was perfect for accommodating the group as we were able to utilize the 6 beds, 2 couches, and brought an air mattress. Close to the water and a short uber to little Italy. Would definitely stay again!

Great house for a large group

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for my daughters graduation from college. It accommodated all of our family members with plenty of extra room to meet in the general areas. A large kitchen for cooking and nice outdoor spaces. I would highly recommend it for a large group.

Heights of San diego

The location of this property was great! Lots of restaurants and establishments in walking distance! The only thing that was a challenge was the internet! We finally realized that someone must have mixed up the owners property manuals because we were trying to use one internet User but we found it was the lower levels user! It still wasn’t optimal but a bit better! Unfortunate as we had a few that needed to deal with work issues!

Amazing Stay in Point Loma

This was a beautiful property in an awesome location that was walking distance to shelter island and food/bars in Point Loma. Stayed here with friends and it was comfortable and had great lounging areas for chatting, eating, and hanging out. Definitely going to make a trip out here again with friends next chance we get!

Perfect for families

The property was beautiful and obviously recently And done very well. The bedrooms being separated from the central living area was excellent. Plenty of room for people to gather and eat or play. Wowing for people to go to bed if they didn’t want to be in the crowd. One has to keep the sliding glass doors facing the street closed at night because the pot smell was pretty rampant outside. The good thing is that the AC keeps the house cool so you don’t have to open the doors if you don’t want to.

Nice modern rental

Spacious and roomy for large group. Cool lighting and modern features inside. Bath towels were not restocked but found fresh ones in the dryer. Prop manager also sent new towels via Amazon next day. Prompt communication and easy check in
