"Property could have been in a better location, the property we were staying at was at another resort across the road. It took them a while to locate our room. My mum has physical disabilities and we did request easy access room, even though they gave us a room with little stairs it was still a challenge for my mum and also the floors were slippery. Apartment was ok, could have been better but the balcony was with a great view."

"Great complex, stayed a few times now and is my go to apartment complex. Great staff at reception and they offer luggage storage and shower facilities outwith your checkout. Meant I enjoyed my last day walking around until heading to airport. B206 was lovely 2 bedroom apartment looking on to the side street so away from the bars. Sun was hitting the balcony in July and was there all day. Comfortable cushioned sun loungers too. Location is great too. Short walk to san eugenio in one direction...

"Fabulous time at this 2 bedroomed apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Panoramic views from the patio area with outdoor eating area and sunbeds. The apartment was clean and had fans in the bedrooms and living area which were very welcome. The washing machine was a great addition and meant we could pack light and just take 2 cabin bags for a family of 4. Local shops and restaurants all within walking distance. (Approx 1 mile to the Fañabe beach front). 1 mile walk to Siam...

"Spent my first solo holiday in Alousoul hotel, it was amazing. All of the staff were so friendly. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, so much choice and the complementary cookies and flavoured water were lovely. Location wise it’s perfect, a short walk to the beaches and restaurants. Would definitely return."

"Very nice clean apartment. Pleasant pools. Helpful staff. Improvement recommendations: Invite them to be more mindful of people sleeping in the morning when they push their cleaning trolleys or trolley of clean clothes as would wake us up before 8am which is not nice when on holiday."
