Casa Sunrise - El Dorado Ranch Vacation Rental Home

Casa Sunrise is a lovely 2-bedroom 2-bath vacation rental home located in the Rancho del Sol section of the gated resort community of El Dorado Ranch, San Felipe, Mexico.

The exterior walls are brightly colored to mimic it's name - Casa Sunrise. The lively colors are chosen to give a lively feel setting the perfect tone for vacationers looking for some rest and relaxation.

Step inside and you find a well apportioned and cozy house. This home is fully furnished and has air-condition in all rooms making it suitable for year round rentals.

Each bedroom has a queen bed to comfortably sleep 4 guests which is also the maximum occupancy.

Amenities available for guest use include two swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle courts and a private beach. The pool is about half a mile from this rental and the beach is 1.5 miles. When you need to head into town, you have easy and quick access to San Felipe - Mexicali Highway 5 which takes you into town.

Your car can be conveniently parked under the attached car port.

Rent Casa Sunrise by the day, or get a discount when you rent by the week, all at very reasonable rates.

RESORT PASS AND SWIMMING POOL PASS

This resort requires guests to have passes to access the resort and pools
The passes are only issued directly to guests - Tgis requires guest to visit one more office after check-in
Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is between 8AM - 4:30PM
If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day.
Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.
