A really amazing room for such a low cost. They didn't have the room we originally booked, but they gave us a double room for no extra charge. A wonderful stay, and very close to the Civic Center UN Bart.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, thanks in large part to the outstanding front desk team. A special shoutout to Sam, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to details and decision-making skills truly elevated our experience. We felt welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend staying here—great service makes all the difference!

I would definitely stay here again. It’s located on a busy street. It’s a short walk from the Embarcadero BART station if you’re planning to walk or be out on the street be prepared to encounter the homeless.
