Very helpful and kind staff! The rooms were clean and the beds super comfortable. We had the executive double room which had plenty of space and a coffee machine. They replaced our water bottles every day which was very nice 💜 Thank you! During the day, the area is busy and convenient to move around the city. I do not recommend to be out and about in that area at night though. It looks sketchy at night.

It is a value-priced hotel near the Folsom area. Every staff person I came in contact with was helpful and welcoming. The hotel seems to have had a recent rehab because everything appeared relatively new. Their sister hotel SoMa House across the street has a tasty restaurant and there is a pool as well.

My friend and I were greeted by Sam when we checked in & he was very friendly and welcoming. He even took the time to give us recommendations for lunch/dinner. Our room was clean & it’s a cute artsy feel to it. I would book here again when coming to SF for work trips.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. Our son was joining us later so he made sure there would be an onsite parking space for him. Room was nice & the beds are comfortable. There are restaurants nearby which is nice to just walk to breakfast. They do provide pastries & coffee downstairs.
