Parking was scary! It's a super tight & tiny parking lot so get in early but the room was nice & cozy with plenty of space & privacy. There was no water available in their vending machine so that was a bummer I had to UberEats delivery some water bottles.

They were attentive, kind, and generous. They even saved us a parking spot—something they don’t normally do—because they knew we were arriving late. We will definitely be coming back! The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the Palace of Fine Arts. If you’re a runner, this place is ideal with so many great routes nearby. The rooms are modern, spotless, and comfortable—we absolutely loved it here!

This property is the nicest one on Lombard street. It is newly remodeled. My family and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room. It was a beautiful room! Super clean. Nicely put together. Lighting, atmosphere and interior design are superb. Large room with plenty of towels. Spotless bathroom. Parking at the property felt safe and convenient. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. If you are thinking about staying in any of the hotel located on Lombard street definitely choose this one. By far is the best! Reasonable rates and absolutely worth it. Will repeat if my family ever needs a place to stay in San Francisco again. Highly recommend it. Gorgeous rooms. Impeccable decor, super clean. Overall, La Casa Inn is a good place to stay, especially for its location. The neighborhood is great, and you’re within a 15–20 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and popular points of interest, which made getting around really convenient. That said, the room itself could have felt cleaner. There were noticeable scuff marks on the walls, and the shower didn’t seem to be cleaned as thoroughly as expected. Noise was also a factor—footsteps from guests above were pretty loud, and on weekends you can hear outside noise from traffic and people. If location is your priority, and Free Parking it works well, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and noise control.
