CLEANING PRACTICES
We use all natural cleaners and provide a 48 hour sanitation period between cleanings. We have a 600 point cleaning and sanitation check list between all cleanings. Don't stay in a hotel and expose yourself to so many people when you can enjoy all the comforts of home in a clean and safe environment.

Located in Russian Hill, just steps away from all the great neighborhoods that San Francisco has to offer; North Beach, Fishermans Wharf, Embarcadero, Union Square, Nob Hill & Pacific Heights. Sit inside this fully updated and refurbished penthouse apartment and look at all the iconic views in San Francisco; Coit Tower, Alcatraz, Cathedral, Bay Bridge and Downtown. Prepare a meal in your gourmet kitchen with everything a chef could need from Wolfe & SubZero appliances to Wolf pots & pans, not a single utensil has been overlooked. Crawl in bed with luxury king size beds with ironed Frette linens and luxury down comforters at night, every care has been taken to make sure your homeaway from home is absolute perfection.

This home is managed in a sustainable way. We use no chemicals to clean the property and only use natural and organically produced products. Even the toilet paper is made with bamboo to eliminate any loss of trees in the bathroom. We are very conscious of the products we use in our homes.

Outstanding apartment in wonderful location

We loved our stay. The apartment is modern, super-clear, and full of light. The views of San Francisco are epic. The owner was always available for questions and help and clearly wanted us to have a great stay. My wife and I loved the neighborhood. A high-quality grocery is just down the block, and we loved being close to North Beach and Chinatown restaurants. The Dolphin Club, which is open to the public on Mon/Wed/Fri for $10 a visit, is a 15-minute walk away, and offers a small gym and open water swimming in the bay. Huge thank you to Ed for creating the space and making it available. We can't wait to come back.

Fabulous Flat in Russian Hill

Although the online listing was impressive, upon arrival, the property far superseded any and all expectations. The location adjacent to North Beach and its fabulous eateries, along with the spectacular vistas from the property, the meticulously well appointed rooms and finally the high end gourmet kitchen made our 2 month stay perfect. There is no doubt that we will stay again the next time we travel through San Francisco. A big thank you to Andy and Edward for making our stay in The City so perfect.

A wonderful property! Amazing views! Sebastian was great! Very friendly, professional and helpful.

The experience was amazing! Great amenities, great design and space. Nothing was left out. Everything is clean and very well thought out. They definitely spent a lot of time and money renovating the space and it shows very well.

Truly amazing apartment

Wow. This apartment is amazing. Beautifully and fully furnished. Terrific location. Stupendous views from every window. Everything about this rental was perfect - from the checkin, to parking. One of the best (if not the best) rentals that I've ever stayed in.

Amazing Views, Clean, Great Location

We had a great stay here! It is a beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. The best part is the view from every window of the city, the water, etc. The photos are accurate but even better in person! Everyone was attentive and helpful! The location is perfect for a short walk to restaurants, stores, etc. When back in SF we will stay here as I cannot believe there is any place better to stay!

Beautifully renovated property with top of the line appliances.

I should start out by saying that we are extremely fussy and are spoiled in what we expect in a property. We are not easy to please. We would definitely come back to this property. Everything is updated, even though it is an older historic building. This is a fantastic location and a gem for anyone that wants to make make a few meals at home. Very well equipped with everything you would need. All of the appliances are new and top of the line. Sonos sound system throughout. There are a couple of things to be aware of. It is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The garage has an extremely narrow entrance and is a challenge if you have a larger vehicle. I was able to get a smaller SUV in and out, but not without difficulty. Overall this property is a winner and the couple small inconveniences would not stop me from recommending it. We loved our stay here.

Absolutely wonderful!

I came to San Francisco for a medical procedure for my son and also to visit my daughter. The location was perfect. The view was wonderful. The iconic San Francisco skyline. It was great to have the cable car stops at either end of the block so it was so convenient to get to where we needed to go. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We did eat in most of the time do to my son's recovery issues. The kitchen was well stocked. There was 1 issue with the microwave but that was fixed promptly by one of the owners. The beds were comfortable. It was such a wonderful place to stay. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Simply amazing

We were simply blown away by Ed's apartment and couldn't have had a better base for our trip to San Francisco. After a warm and generous welcome from Ed we went through to the sitting room and San Francisco opened up in front of us with incredible views over the city and the bay. The beautifully appointed flat wanted for nothing with excellent cooking, dining and sleeping facilities. True luxury from the flowers, to the decoration and the bedding. Great facilities for staying in (extending to music in the bathrooms) and a prime location for going out. We walked all over the city. Sitting in the swivel chairs looking out over a glowing San Francisco as the sun went down will always be a treasured memory.
