Clean room, big thick fluffy towels, very agreeable staff, adequate parking. Only negative was that the beds are kinda soft and I think the people upstairs were having a dance party. Great location, good price. I would stay there again.

The hotel had everything we needed and was in a great location. We needed a place to hang some clothes, but there was no closet in the room that we stayed so that was a little inconvenient. Other than that I was a great stay for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the reception could not have been nicer. Their customer service was excellent. Easy parking which is huge in San Francisco. The room was implacably clean. The property could use some TLC around the property. The one thing that made me cringe was there was a mouse in the room. I saw it and immediately called the reception. A very nice gentleman came and looked everywhere but we couldn’t find it. There were no mouse droppings anywhere in the room. He brought some sticky traps and set them around. I was afraid it would get in my suitcase or even on the bed. I not see it again, however, I could not relax knowing somehow it had access to my room.

I found the Pacific height inn to be very nice. it is not the Ritz so if you want all the bells and whistles, go elsewhere, but I would definitely stay here again. The room was good size, bathroom very modern. In a fairly good neighborhood. Bus stops close to the Hotel. We took public buses all over San Francisco. parking was a little tight, but we were always able to park.

For a Motor Inn/motel the Pacific Hts Motor Inn was comfortable, very nice updated room, really friendly and accommodating front desk folks, and Free parking! On both ends of my trip they let me park for a few hours before check in then after check out. Felt very safe, walked a lot from there including back from North Beach at night.
