Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The rooms were clean enough, but I didn’t have any hot water and the sinks were somewhat clogged so that water settled in them and the air conditioning unit was noisy. My parking pass said that I didn’t have to be out until July 23. I came back on the 22nd and they told me that my time with the room was up. I called earlier in the morning and told them I would be arriving later in the day on the 22nd, but that I did want to stay another night and that should I come and deal with it right now and he said no I could do that later and I said well, it would be sometime in the afternoon and he said that was fine. I got back on the 22nd to the evening of the 22nd and my room had been given to someone else plus half the stuff that I had left in the room. I don’t understand it when my parking pass said that I did not have to be out until the morning of the 23rd so definitely a mixup in conversations overall for the price being extremely low. It was tolerable but right under the airport takeoff strip so lots of noise.
