The stay was great! No issues and workers were understanding and easy to work with. Will stay again if I have to stay In San Francisco. Perfect bed. Shower was a little complicated, but at the end, it was great and had the best power on it. Nothing but good things!

This is a cheap hotel in a great location. Walking distance to many great restaurants and only a 10 minute drive to the Golden Gate Bridge and Pier 39. It was totally fine for the price, but it is definitely rundown and not the greatest place I’ve ever stayed, but I wasn’t expecting it to be for the price I paid for it. I found the staff to be very helpful.

It's fine for what you pay. Room was in good shape except the tub had no drain plug. Staff initially offered no solution to this but later provided a rubber cover for the plug. Tasty restaurants within easy walking distance as well as public transit within the city and going over the bridge. There's enough foot traffic on Lombard that the place did not have any shady activity that I noticed. Parking is not guaranteed and can run out on Saturday nights in particular if you don't park early.

Small parking lot so you’re only allowed one vehicle per room and street parking can be difficult in the area. Definitely an older property but the night audit man was very nice and the stay was just fine. Would stay again. Great location very walkable!

The hotel was conveniently located to bus routes for all the points of interest we visited. The price was budget friendly and the neighborhood was safe. We did a neighborhood walk at night with our child and did not encounter any issues.

This place is filthy!! We had to leave it was so gross. The ceiling above shower was moldy and bubbling with leaking water. There was mold in shower and throughout entire bathroom. The walls were filthy, stained and moldy. The bedding linens were dirty and stained. We asked to change rooms, and it was not better at all. One good note the staff/ young man working counter the was friendly and understanding and refunded our money. I do not recommend this place. Also parking is extremely limited and not guaranteed.

Good off street parking. Kinda tight but free. Both down from Chestnut St for shopping, food and drinks. Quick walk to the waterfront. Couple blocks the other way, Union Street. More of the same.

We really enjoyed our stay! 💕The motel was definitely what we paid for and got the job done perfectly. It was a safe, comfortable place to sleep with a nice amount of space, and we really appreciate how affordable it was. The location was perfect for walking to dinner and breakfast, which was such a plus. After dinner we were able to reheat our leftovers on the microwave!!! 🍝🍕Most importantly, there was plenty of parking! Parking can be difficult to find in the city, so having a convenient place to park was a huge bonus. 🚙 The staff was amazing and so helpful during check-in. Everyone was welcoming and made the experience even better. We will definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend this place to others. Thank you for the great stay and especially for the parking! It’s always a big plus in the city. Overall, we loved it!

We stayed here for a weekend in the city with kids. The location was great, lots of things nearby to walk to. It felt safe. Parking was great. The one bedroom felt spacious and clean. Sofa bed wasn't too comfortable, but kids didn't mind and I wish they had provide soap for hands or dishes.
