The charming apartment "Latemar" in the "Wernerhof" Residence is located in Glaning (Cologna), just a outside of Bolzano (Bozen) in South Tyrol. The 45m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request.

The apartment has a furnished balcony with spetacular views over Bolzano and the mountains, and there is also a communal garden area with a barbecue and a playground for children.

The nearest supermarket is an 11-minute drive (7km) away in Bolzano, and you can reach the picturesque city centre within 12 minutes.
