Pool opens April 2023, closing dates to be confirmed.Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Spar) and in the area there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets...Located around 10 minutes walking distance from the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a street market takes place every Saturday morning.In this area, Tomás Maestre, there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and football courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...Closed garage space upon reservation, subject to availability, €6 per night.Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed.
