Staff was rude and the rooms were big but not clean. We had to have them vome and mop the floor because our feet were black on the bottom when walking around the inside. At one point they locked us out of our room bc there was a misunderstanding about a room charge. Worked it out but it was poor customer service. There was a large pile of per and poop right on the pool edge from a giant iguana that roams around.

La Señorita Georgina de recepción fue sumamente gentil y amable. Nos apoyo muchísimo para organizar nuestra estancia. En general todo bien, lo único lamentable es la temperatura del agua de las albercas que es helada y muchas familias vamos con nuestros niños y pues así ya no lo disfrutan.
