Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Staff were nice and helpful. Everything always looked clean at any part of the resort. Pool seemed cleaned and there were always cleaned towels ready. Food was good and your mini bar in the room comes packed with soda beer and water bottles. Only negative thing to say is not having elevators was definitely a new experience. I have a bad knee and being on the 4th floor was tough. Definitely plan on going back, maybe in the spring this time lol."

"Had an amazing experience last year so went back there again this year! Love everything about this resort! Staff is friendly and helpful. They let us check in early as we had a long flight and got there early which was very helpful as the kids were tired. Forgot the name of the woman who helped us check in, but she was very accommodating and helpful. Hector at the pool was amazing both this year and last year! Kids loved eating at the Market! Food was amazing! Would definitely go back!"

"the place was a bit outdated , but my room was huge , also was ocean view and jacuzzi tub and I enjoyed the specialty restaurants , Staff was kind and very attentive , but keep in mind ind the beach is not swimmable also your in San Jose we wanted to stat in los Cabos San Lucas which is More action , they also needed more entertainment and more activities to keep you occupied , Besides them also trying to sell me a 26k travel membership I had a relaxing time and the pool was magnificent make sure you get up early and throw a towel on your chair before you get left out the umbrella chairs , and get sunburned."

"We just got back from our trip last week and it was enjoyable minus a few things. We didn't realize that it was type of resort that sells memberships and the salespeople are relentless...from the moment we got there. We just wanted to go to our room! The next day we were just looking at the spa information and were approached again by another salesperson. It seriously was overwhelming. I accidently broke a plastic cup in the gift shop and the woman treated me like I was a criminal. The best parts...the room was incredibly clean and air conditioned. The front desk staff were so helpful with check in and check out. Arturo was very helpful with our luggage on our way out. Juan at the Rocco bar was so friendly. Abel at the coffee shop was the best!!! All of the staff at Don Diego's was so incredibly nice. The entertainment staff was over the top incredible and fun. I loved playing bingo in the pool and watching the dancers in the evening. Overall, minus the salespeople we had a good time and would go back but I wouldn't do the membership. It felt like back in the day when people were selling timeshares. I do miss those donuts and the iced americano from the coffee shop. I will dream about them!!!"
