The TV didn't work well or the Wi-Fi The bathroom always has water on the floor from the shower and doesn't drain well unless you were to use a squigee. I wouldn't recommend for more than one night. "I’m unable to log into my Netflix or YouTube on the TV. The staff mentioned it’s blocked by company policy!"

"Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!"

"The service was excellent. Staff extremely helpful. And best of all the mall next door had everything you could want from clothes to restaurants."
