Jefferson, Ramon, and Daniella were amazing fro the very beginning of our short stay to the end. The property is beautiful and accommodating. Very nice clean up to standard hotel. Unfortunately they don't have a pool and room service is horrible. Their menu selection was limited but even then the food was not that good. Twice they missed my order and brought wrong food. Maid service was excellent. They kept my room clean and fully stocked. Valet and guest relations were also excellent 👌 👏
