From the moment we drove up everything was above and beyond expectations. The valet parking was perfect, the check in was so fast, then we walked into our room on the 19th floor, it was beautiful, quiet, clean, the beds were so comfortable. Mother daughter weekend and a night at Phantom of the Opera . We walked to dinner and to the play, so close. We will be back. Thank you everyone who we spoke with. Great staff. Loved our maid too. She was the best

The Asian-influenced restaurant on-site was excellent! The food was truly amazing. Unfortunately, the wait staff was doing the best it could but there were not enough waiters. In all fairness, it was an incredibly busy weekend in downtown San Jose.

I am so happy with all your staff especially with Nayri she went up and beyond my expectations. We recently had booked our stay in a room that we weren’t satisfied at all staying in. I love how attentive and knowledgeable the staff was. They were very kind, very courteous. The establishment is centrally located to bars, restaurants, and the SA P Center within walking distance. It was easy to find the amenities, they offer service’s that were very convenient and customer friendly. I love the valet and that you can phone ahead for your car to be pulled out. They assist with your bags being taken to the car they assist with your bags being brought up to the room the overall experience was a 10 out of 10 highly recommend and I will definitely be back.
