"Our rooms were cleaned daily without us having to ask them. The linen was renewed each and every day. The cafeteria staff and front office staff were always cheerful to help and provide whatever we needed. Overall, our six nights stay was wonderful."

"Ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the carreterra…it is quite noisy. The hot water for a shower must be started about 8 full minutes before you intend to step in the shower or else it will not be hot water. This is A GORGEOUS PROPERTY!"

"Parking was done by valet... very simple. The actual suite was across a narrow street. Again, very easy. The upper level bedroom was difficult to reach because of a steep, angled staircase with no bannisters. The bathroom, or WC, was very small, actually, too small, even for average-sized folks. Caution was required to not fall down the stairs, at least in my unit."

"Me gusta mucho hospedarme en esa línea de hoteles sin embargo no me gusta que no haga la limpieza que hasta que pasen 7 días es algo inusual en los hoteles nunca había tenido una Estancia tan larga y que me dijeran esto si me deja un poco decepcionada y saber que la próxima debo de escoger otra opción"
