"The overall property is very beautiful, located in a forest setting. The open air restaurant with its observation deck is a great place for birdwatching since there are feeders at the edge of the deck and the staff puts out fruit and seeds early when the birds are active. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly! And the location is very near the river tours and Carara National Park. "We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening ."

"Once we found the location it was lovely. It was wonderful to have a sitting area as well as a pool to relax in after being out all day. The location is very safe and very modern. Our space was roomy and provided all we needed to cook our own meals and relax well. The person we communicated with via WhatsApp was very personable and responded quickly.
