The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I had issues with my bank card during booking. Luis and Melody were very professional and welcoming at the bar, and their recommendations were spot-on. My only issue was the low water pressure and the water not being hot enough. However, I understand that this is likely related to the local infrastructure and not necessarily the property’s fault. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service!"
