New! Enchanted Escape Luxury Home with Private Pool
The home offers 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the home, and free bed linen, pillows, bath towel and even beach towels are provided. There ia an in-ground pool with a sand sanitizing system that keeps water sparkling clear. The back yard is very private and great lunging, basking in the sun, or grilling under the covers terrace to enjoy the outdoors rain or shine!
KITCHEN & DINNING :
At the Enchanted Escape, you have the flexibility to host sit-down meals in the well-appointed kitchen which includes 2 spacious island that can be used for preparing food or for additional seating. Kitchen Amenities Include:

-2 Large Refrigerators with Ice Maker

-The Home has 4 bedrooms upstairs that sleeps a total of 10 guest. Each bedroom is decorated with its own unique theme that highlights various aspects of all that Puerto Rico has to offer. In addition, there are 2.5 bathrooms:
1 in the master bedroom with shower /tub,
1 in the upstairs hallway with a spa shower, and half located in the main floor.
A small pack-n-play is available for those traveling with small children.
*La Playa Room -Master Bedroom with 1 King bedroom and separate wash area, as well as a large walk-in closet.
*El Yunque Room- large bedroom with 1 Queen bed.
*La Aventura Room - mid-size bedroom with 2 beds ( 1 Full 1 Twin)
*El Atardecer Room - mid-size bedroom with 2 beds (1 Full and 1 Twin)

As soon as you open the front door and walk into the main living area, the Enchanted Escape will charm you with its elegance, natural light, and stunning view of the outdoor pool area. Your whole group will enjoy the open floor plan to cook, eat, laugh, or snuggle in this incredibly comfortable environment. Indoor amenities include:

-Spacious, open floor plan

-Board Games, Dominoes, Playing Cards
-Utility room with washer / dryer , detergent, iron and ironing board
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The beautiful private pool, picturesque scenery and covers outdoor terrace are the heart of this property. Whether dining al fresco by the grill, basking in the sun, admiring the tropical views, or jumping into the pool, the outdoor space is where everyone will gather and make lasting memories!!! Outdoor amities include:
-Private pool w/LED Lighting
-Pool Rafts and Deck Box
-Pool Loungers with Umbrella
-Covered Terrace with Smart TV
-Stainless Propane Grill with Utensils
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
-Several pristine beaches are just drive away including Luquillo Beach, one of Puerto Rico's, los beautiful and well-known beaches. Sink your toes into the warm golden sand, take refreshing dips in turquoise waters, and decompress to the gentle rhythm of the ocean waves. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for your beach excursion. You can also indulge in a variety of water activities, from snorkeling and paddle boarding to simply unwinding under the shade of a swaying palm tree all regent at Luqillo Water Sports. ( 5 min drive)
-Located at the edge of the Yunque Rainforest, you also have access to its lush trails, cascading waterfalls, and diverse vegetation and wildlife. immerse yourself in the unique ambiance of the rainforest, letting the melodies of exotic birds and the soothing sounds of flowing streams guide your exploration. (15 min drive)
-Puerto del Rey Marina in Fajardo serves as a gateway to exciting boat day trip, allowing you to embark on thrilling adventures and discover the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding islands. ( 20-min drive)
-Hop aboard the ferry in Ceiba and set sail to Culebra and Vieques, where pristine beaches, vibrant coral reefs, and exotic marine life await your arrival.(30-min drive )
-Upon booking guest will receive our custom digital guidebook with more information on favorites restaurants and other activities to don in the area!

HOUSE GUIDELINES:
1.Primary renters must be at least 25 years of age. Please note that this is NOT a party House, and we ask that guest be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiete hours of 10PM - 8 AM. Thanks for understanding!
2. This home is a private , gated community - guest will receive access code too let them into the development and the home upon booking.
3. Please let us know how many cars you plan to bring upon booking.
4. This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance is allowed including vaping.
5.Guests agree not to leave children under 12 years unattended on the property.
6.Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the property.
7.There is a security camera facing the front of the house and garage for guest safety.
