Very spacious 1 bedroom (convertible to 2 bedrooms), 2 full baths villa. Living room has a door you can close and convert it to a 2nd bedroom with in-suite full bath. Villa is romantic, very cozy and fully remodeled. Located inside the premises of the Wyndham Resort. Resort has restaurants, sports, great facilities and a long turquoise beach. It is next to Puerto Rico`s top attractions (El Yunque Forest waterfalls, Biobay Lagoon & Ferry Dock).

The villa does not feature a pool. However, you might read from reviews that some of the previous guests have stated that they have been able to use the hotel pools while enjoying drinks at the poolside bars. However, we want to emphasize that we do not promote or guarantee access to the hotel pools as the official hotel policy states that their pool facilities are solely for the use of registered hotel guests.

The beach all across the property is available for your use.

All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.

Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
