Toucan House

  • We’re located on Route 702, just 35 minutes before La Fortuna. Enjoy watching frogs and birds in our tropical garden. The private cottage features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a double sofa bed, a full bathroom, hot water, a kitchen, and very large windows. Private parking, air conditioning, and strong Wi-Fi. Stay in a private sanctuary, home to a variety of frogs, birds, and wildlife. Sit on the lagoon dock or take a peaceful stroll along the numerous trails by the stream. For an additional fee of $20 per person, you can enjoy a night hike with our professional, English-speaking certified guide.

    This is a perfect stop on the way from San José to La Fortuna.
