"Beware that this is 4.5 hours away from the San Jose Airport! They do NOT inform anyone of this and you need to get to the Ferry to cross over to Tambor which is not 24/7 You need to plan very carefully so you don't lose a day like I did and so many others did that I met at the Hotel. They are also very aware of this and have done nothing about it!! The buffet food is ok. Not the best, but not the worst. You will find something. The Italian ala carte restaurant is excellent! "The views were incredible and the food at the restaurant were really good. The workers slap very nice and accommodating. However our room had bugs and ants all over it; bathroom, floor and even the bed. It’s unfortunate because this is a very nice / scenic / quiet spot. "

"Thomas was a great host. He was super knowledgeable about area and even drove us to a couple places before we decided to rent a car. This is a hidden gem. We got to see monkeys from our balcony in their natural habitat If you're looking for a quiet romantic getaway, this is it. I do recommend renting a car as things are a bit away. But close enough for day trips. "

"I stayed 2 nights in one of the "cabins" (my unit was not actually detached so a little odd to call it a cabin but whatever), not one of the domes. It was spacious (travelled solo and was in a room with apace for 5) and the views were amazing from the room and the property. I saw a Toucan fly by my first evening and the night sounds of the surrounding jungle were fabulous. Kitchenette was adequate - had a microwave, mini fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, and basic tableware. Road to access is...

"Fidelito is set on a small ridge which affords great views into the trees to see birds and monkeys. The rooms are big and very nice, with a patio that looks into the forest. The owners are wonderful people. There is a garden with a very well appointed outdoor common room. Directions to find the place were accurate and easy to follow. We really loved it."
