"The receptionist was nice when we checked in but the room itself was awful. 4 of the lights didn't work, the room TV stand was damaged as was the remote for it. The kpod coffee maker had someone's hair in it, the bathroom door had weird stains, the temperature was too hot and not adjustable, the since and bathtub were rusty, and most of the furniture was stained. I was very disappointed and will NEVER be staying here again nor recommending it to anyone."

"Good parking. No ice machine or ice maker. The place really smelled bad by the elevator area. Bathroom light flicked on and off. After using the microwave the room smelled bad the rest of the night, like burned popcorn, we didnt make popcorn. The room wasnt terribly clean. Many of these things are so different from my last stay here. Even so, the entire place is locked down, cant get past the front desk but still cant use the lobby restoom. The beds are terrible."

"This was the 4th Sonesta that we have stayed at...in one word it was disgusting: the rooms smelled, there were burnt rings on the kitchen floor, outdoor maintenance below par, a very meager breakfast, and, truthfully, if we could have got a refund we would have left. Where was pride in cleanliness and accountability? "

"The room is really nicely decorated and clean. Lots of adult furniture. Bed and couch are not very comfortable. Neighbors are loud and due to thin walls you can hear conversations which is not very romantic. The neighborhood is not the best.The host was responsive. Internet is fast. Cant say enought about little details. Overall it was a good experience. "

"This property was perfect for our family of 7. It was well stocked with (cold!) beverages, snacks, coffee, pots and pans, and plenty of linens. There was plenty of space and the owner was very responsive. We would gladly stay here again. "

"First the good: location across from a park, hospital nearby and Costco just down the road for gas prices. AC worked great. Immediate hot water for the shower. Very quiet. The apartment had a small front yard that had a shade sail and was fenced for privacy. Great space for my little dog. I appreciated the bottled water cooler. And for the meh: first impression when arriving was trash bin was overflowing and trash all over the area made me think I made a mistake. The next morning the city picked up the trash and that was remedied. Coming in and out of the building all you could smell was neighbors smoking marijuana. It smells like skunk to me and is awful. This was a constant if you went outside. The queen bed was good and firm for me and my partner liked the twin for comfort. It could have been cleaned a bit better. Kitchen and bath need a major overhaul. Kitchen walls with light shining on them, you could see thick dust caked on them near the table and the fan blades. The bathroom had used soap bars left behind with hair in them. That's just gross. I could not find more than 1 plate or bowl to eat out of, even though I inquired specifically for utensils. So I went to the store and bought paper plates. Overall, it was just ok for the price."
