"Breakfast was eggs and sausage every morning, and the make your own waffles and that was it. There were no other options, not even like yogurt or fruit. It was a little disappointing. The pool was pretty small and there was no public restroom near the pool, you had to go all the way back to your room to use a toilet. "

"when I arrived I was told that there were no two bed rooms available and are transferred to a lower level hotel across the street from where we had paid for not a good thing!!"

"This hotel has gone downhill since it changed brands. It was just okay before, but now it's just not good enough. The front desk staff is either good or bad. The guy that was at check-in was nice and explained the hotel in depth, but the woman at check-out couldn't care less and didn't even looked up. The food is mediocre at best and the juices are basically water. The cleaning staff just barged into the room even with the 'do not disturb" sign hanged outside when I was in a meeting. I've been staying in this hotel for years whenever I'm in the area, sadly this was the last time."

"Hotel needs updating from carpet, paint/colors. Cleanliness of first floor is immaculate but that doesnt apply to other levels when observing hallways etc Airport shuttle is convenient along with daily parking, shuttle staff can be not friendly at times depends who you get and especially if late night pickup. Check in staff was nice. Room ac made a loud rattle noise all night after a long 14hr travel day, just wanted a wink of good rest and not have to change to another old room. For the high price I will stay at a newer marriott brand for alot lower price and get those points"
