"Accueil très "stressant", la première personne était totalement débordée à l'arrivée de 4 personnes, légèrement antipathique. Les autres personnes de l'accueil les jours suivants étaient parfaites et SOURIANTES. Le personnel du restaurant très accueillant. "The main hotel reception, restaurant, bar and pool were lovely. The rooms very nice and clean however the decking on the lodges was appalling and very dangerous. Nails sticking out, cracked and rotten boards. You felt like you were going to fall through. Also in the restaurant they don’t chill or cover the deli meets and cheese so they have flies all over them and and dangerous to eat sitting in the heat for hours. If they fix those few things the place could be wonderful. But urgently they need...

"We stayed longer than intended because of the options to visit the surrounding areas and their accessibility. The place is easy to find with GPS. Parking is secure and on site. The host, Francesco and his son Damian are very helpful. The room was large (more like a suite), the bed was very comfortable, the shower ran hot and strong. Even the cleaning lady was a happy, entertaining soul. There are eating options very close and the area appeared safe to us as we roamed at night."
