"A mix up at check in saw delays and harassment over payment. Eventually sorted with apologies from the admin. Very poor hot shower - a dribble of water at best. Otherwise the stay was fine with warm room, excellent breakfasts offered. "

"The hotel is nice which is a few long blocks from the city center but the room we were assigned to it’s noisy at night when the band or music is playing till 2am. The worst part is that we were not allowed to flush bath tissue in the toilet. They ask you to put it the trash where you’ll be smelling used bath tissue every time you use the bathroom!"

Nous avons dû nous y reprendre 6 fois durant la journée pour payer, et recevoir notre monnaie et expliquer à la succession de réceptionnistes mal formés que nous avions payés. "Really nice hotel, room was spacious and clean, all rhe staff were friendly, i atrived at 7am and was able to check in straight away. Breakfast staff were always attentive amd very good breakfast selection. The location is amazing right next to the main square amd all the restaurant. One of the best hotels ive stayed at in South America and great value for money. Thank you "
