This charmer in San Tan Valley is a place to call home. Be it the winter when you may be getting out of a snowy state or spring, summer and fall where families are relocating. Frolic in the pool or go down the water slide. This pool is perfect for swimming April 15-Oct 15. Bring the family.
Step into this spacious one story home. Enter into a welcoming living area. Retreat here for a chat, nap or formal dining for 8. Further down the hallway the open concept kitchen, family room and kitchen table with bright large windows looking onto the oasis of a backyard. There is a large TV with plenty of seating to catch a game or a movie. Sit up to the breakfast bar and watch as the family chef prepares and meal or readies everyone for a BBQ. This kitchen is stocked and then some. Coffee bar to get your get up and go in high gear. In the rear of the home you will find the primary suite with a queen bed, tv and spa bath. A soaker tub and walk in shower are the stars of this retreat. Double sinks and a walk in closet complete the primary suite. The popular split floor plan allows for 2 other queen bedrooms that share a hall bath. Privacy at both ends of the house.
Outside is the perfect place to unwind. The west facing backyard will amaze you with the Arizona Copper Sky Sunsets. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, BBQ, dine al fresco or lounge under cover with an evening beverage. The pool has a slide for extra fun.
