"We've stayed in several paradors and this one was our favorite. The historic building is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable (we got a junior suite with a gorgeous view of the river) and the staff are warm, courteous and helpful. The location is excellent and the town itself is charming. Not only that, but you can hop on a little ferry boat and seven minutes later you're in France! We highly recommend this hotel and hope you enjoy it like we did."

"We had a lovely stay at the Bellevue. The staff were wonderful. Warm, friendly and incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is a must get with excellent coffee and a lovely addition of providing dried fruit which was delicious. Hendaye was a great place. We would certainly recommend the town and if we return we would definitely stay at the Bellevue again. Merci beaucoup"

"Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Beatriz war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist exakt so, wie auf der Webseite beschrieben. Das Schlafzimmer und die Bäder sind sehr schön modernisiert, im Wohnzimmer stehen auch ein paar ältere Möbel. Alle Wände sind geschmackvoll coloriert. Die Betten sind recht gut und alles war makellos sauber. Sehr praktisch ist die große Garage, die als Wäsche-Trockenraum und Ablagefläche für die Koffer dient. Dort steht auch eine Waschmaschine. Für moderne, meist sehr breite Autos ist die Garage zu klein, aber es gibt einen breiten Stellplatz gleich neben dem Haus. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, hat auch einen Backofen, aber nur 2 Kochplatten und keine Geschirrspümaschine.Zu einem wunderbaren, nicht allzu bevölkerten Sandstrand mit Badeaufsicht läuft man 8 Minuten. Zurück sind es (bergauf) 20 Minuten. Ins Stadtzentrum geht man ca. 30 Minuten immer entlang der Seepromenade. Einmal pro Stunde fährt auch ein Bus. Der kleine Swimmingpool in der Anlage wird von mehreren Ferienhäusern gemeinsam benutzt, war aber nie überfüllt. Minderjährigte dürfen allerdings nur in Begleitung von Erwachsenen dort baden.Die Kommunikation mit Beatriz war ausgezeichnet. Beatriz ist eine sehr warmherzige und hilfsbereite Frau. Sie hat alles unternommen, um unseren Urlaub besonders angenehm zu machen. Auf alle Fragen antwortete Sie umgehend. Der Check-in mit einer Schlüsselbox war sehr einfach, aber Beatriz wohnt am Ort und kam bei Bedarf auch persönlich vorbei."

"We were met by a friendly man on reception. We had requested two rooms together and were given next door rooms - thank-you. The hotel was beautiful and clean and in a perfect location close to the beach, the boat over to Spain and plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool was lovely and very quiet so never a problem getting a sunbed at any time and pool towels were provided free of charge. We were unable to reserve a car parking space in the hotel as they don’t have many but managed to find a spot outside."

"Eine wirklich wunderschöne Wohnung an der schönsten Straße von Hondarribias Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist tip-top sauber, sehr komplett eingerichtet und prima von der Größe her für unsere Familie mit zwei Teenagern. Alvaro ist sehr zuvorkommend, reagiert sofort auf Nachfragen und gibt gern Tipps für Unternehmungen. Er holte uns persönlich auf einem Parkplatz ab und brachte und mit dem Gepäck in die Wohnung (da man dort nicht mit dem Auto parken kann). Ein rundum fantastischer Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Hondarribia ist eine nicht allzu touristische, gesellige Stadt mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in die Natur, schnorcheln, nach Frankreich oder San Sebastián und Bilbao."
