Amazing holiday Villa,the place to relax and enjoy your holiday

Villa Anna is like a bit of paradise with its amazing pool and garden. It is very private being Immersed in its garden and surrounded by 3m high walls. This beautiful Villa is all covered by stones from the outside while the inside has been lovingly restored & modernized with high quality fixtures & fittings, security system, bug nets & window shutters for those all important lie-ins. The kitchen is completed with oven and microwave and diner room has a long table with fireplace all next to a comfortable lounge. Outside a big oven and a barbecue will help you to create your own special plates. The swimming pool is an endless pool, you can swim or exercise against a broad, deep current that's adjustable to any speed, stroke or ability.
An ideal retreat for those wishing to get away from it all, but near to the town of San Vito with its many restaurants, bars & entertainment.


Located 2km from San Vito with its many shops, bars, restaurants. Carovigno, Ostuni, Brindisi are all nearby. Half hour drive from major tourist resorts of Alberobello, Zoo Safari at Fasano, Castellana Grottoes, Torre Canne, Monopoli, Polignano. Taranto Archeological Museum, Local cities include Brindisi, Lecce, Mesagne & Oria. Further afield are the Sassi of Matera in Basilicata, Otranto, Santa Cesarea Terme, Gallipoli & Santa Maria di Leuca. San Domenico Golf is only 40 mins. away.

The nearest beaches are less than 8 km away - the nature reserve at Torre Guaceto, Specchiolla & Santa Sabina on the Adriatic Coast.
Porto Cesareo, Porto Selvaggio, Santa Caterina are on the Ionian coast about 50 mins. away. Shopping Malls are 15 min drive away near Mesagne & Brindisi. Local Markets are held most days of the week.

Familienurlaub in Apulien

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt um die nahegelegenen Städte zu erkunden. Mit dem großen Pool und dem Garten kann man sehr gut entspannen und den Tag genießen. Eine sehr gepflegte große Anlage. Francesco war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, falls man eine Frage hatte. Er ist ein super Gastgeber.

Perfect base for exploring lovely Puglia

A fantastic base for exploring Puglia. We were very well looked after by Francesco. The villa is spacious and clean. The pool is huge for a private house, deep enough for diving and shallow enough for wallowing about. The property is very private and peaceful. It also had everything we needed…It was such a pleasure to have everything provided. We have stayed in so many villas where everything costs extra (like bedsheets or cleaning) or you find yourself on holiday having to shop for toilet roll and dishwasher tablets. This villa came with everything, bedsheets and towels, swimming towels, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid. Salt and pepper etc in the cupboards and some cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge. They may sound like small things, but it just made everything easy and enabled us to travel lighter. San Vito dei Normanni was a great base for exploring Puglia. Nothing seemed very far away. Lots of places to visit Ostuni, Alberobello and a number of nearby seaside villages. At first sight San Vito and it’s neighbour Carovigno don’t seem like a natural tourist spot. However once you venture into the Centro Storico you will find it a great place to spend the evening. We enjoyed some great meals at both (at very reasonable prices!). Oh, and there’s a lovely donkey called Michelino who lives round the corner who we enjoyed visiting 😁 Thank you Francesco…we were sorry to leave.

Superb Villa - Great Value

We stayed 2 weeks at Villa Anna and had a wonderful and relaxing time. Francesco is a great host and was always available for any questions or assistance. The pool is amazing and is cleaned twice a week. Inside the villa is spacious, clean and very well equipped for a self catering stay. The villa is located about a 20 min walk from the centre of Vito dei Normanni where there are a good selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. Recommend LaChiazza for a great Pizza, need to book. Places worth visiting, Ostuni (The White City), Polignano a Mare & Gallipoli. Definitely recommend.

Heerlijk huis op prachtige plek in Puglia

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Puglia. Het huis ligt centraal om uitstapjes te doen naar zowel stadjes als het strand. Rustige omgeving maar toch alles binnen handbereik. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en vooral de tuin en het zwembad zijn erg groot! De eigenaar is goed te bereiken en erg behulpzaam. Enige nadeel is dat de 3e slaapkamer een stapelbed heeft en er is geen bad aanwezig (staat wel in de advertentie)

Superbe villa pour vacances ensoleillées

Cette villa a tout pour plaire! Elle est très bien placée pour découvrir les pouilles du sud (ostuni, Alberobello, Grotte de Castelana, Polignano à mare, monopoli, lecce… et même les plages du salento a moins d’une heure!). Elle est super bien équipée : piscine gigantesque et très agréable, barbecue, raquette de plages, terrasses ombragées pour les apéros dehors, toit terrasse pour faire sécher le linge et j’en passe! Des citronniers entourent la maison pour un petit air de vacances ! Deux salles de bains, de belles chambres. Une cuisine toute équipée. Rien à redire. Nous avons même pu nous servir du poêle a granulés à cause de petites journées pluvieuses lors de notre séjour…. :( Nous conseillerons assurément à nos proches cette maison. J’ai oublié de vous parler de Francesco! Tellement disponible, ponctuel et réactif ! Il s’est même déplacé pour nous aider pendant nos vacances! L’accès à la maison n’est pas évidente au départ mais une fois trouvée nous y sommes bien! La voiture est gareee à l’intérieur de la propriété bien protégée ! Merci beaucoup Francesco ! A très vite !

Super Urlaub

Tolle Lage um Ausflüge zu machen. Leider war der Pool sehr kalt, sodass wir diesen gar nicht nutzen konnten, das war sehr schade, wir das Haus extra wegen des Pools ausgesucht. Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Etagenbett ausgestattet. Für Erwachsene recht klein. Gut gesichertes Haus. Der Vermieter Fransesco ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Spricht sehr gut englisch und ist immer erreichbar. Nach einer Woche bekamen wir neue Wäsche und Handtücher, TOP Verbesserung: vielleicht pro Person ein Bettlaken und eine normale Kaffeemaschine. Danke Francesco es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Italian charm

A beautiful villa and pool in a quiet location on the edge of town. The villa is very private, not overlooked and surrounded by gardens and olive trees. Francesco was most helpful from the smooth check in to saying goodbye at the end of our stay. This villa is close enough to the hill towns of Istuni and also close to the ancient Ports of the Bay of Taranto. There is lots to do but you will need a car.

Villa parfaite pour se reposer et bien située pour découvrir les Pouilles

La villa est spacieuse et le terrain immense ! La piscine est très grande et bien entretenue deux fois par semaine avec le passage d'un jardinier. Le propriétaire Francesco est très sympathique, toujours joignable et disponible et il dispense d'excellents conseils pour visiter la région. Comptez 50 euros supplémentaires pour la climatisation des chambres pendant la nuit pour 15 jours.

A little piece of heaven in Puglia

We recently spent a wonderful week at Francesco's villa in Italy. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay. Francesco was very friendly, generous (gorgeous focaccia, wine and taralini there for our lunchtime arrival) and helpful. He was available on WhatsApp to answer any queries and on hand to solve any issues (when we managed to get the gate stuck!) Nothing was too much trouble. The villa is on a large plot with an amazing swimming pool that we loved and spent hours in. Plenty of sun loungers and shade too. The barbecue was also great. The villa was spotless and well equipped. There wasn't anything we needed that we didn't have. The air conditioning in the main living areas was needed and fans did the trick in the bedrooms. Well situated on the edge of San Vito die Normanni where there were supermarkets and some great restaurants. We would happily return.

Super villa

Belle villa au calme très propre et très bien équipée. Photos conforme à la maison. Grande piscine très sympa pour se rafraîchir. Francesco est à l'écoute et est accueillant. Nous recommandons cette location bien située proche des commerces, de la plage et des sites touristiques.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem sehr schönen und gepflegten Haus mit tollem Garten und Pool verbracht. Wir haben selten eine so gute Ausstattung vorgefunden. Es war alles da, was man sich wünscht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out war alles perfekt. Francesco ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir haben uns dort zuhause gefühlt und die Abreise nach zwei Wochen fiel uns sehr schwer. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Grazie mille, Francesco.

My Stay in San Vito dei Normanni

The villa was superb and the host was very friendly and helpful. The stay was very authentic and the region beautiful. I would book this house definitely again and recommend to everyone. My only critics is against FeWo, which I will avoid next time to book my stay.

Großzügige Anlage

Die Villa Anna ist außerhalb von San Vit dei Normanni gelegen. Das große Anwesen besticht insbesondere durch einen großen Pool. Die große Ente im Pool läßt manchem das Herz höher schlagen. Der Besitzer Francesco ist Tag und Nacht bei einem evtl. Problem zur Stelle und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Danke dafür.

Schönes Haus mit großem Pool und Garten

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool optimal um die Städte und Strände Apulies zu erkunden. Vermieter Francesco ist sehr hilfsbereit und kommt sofort, falls etwas nicht funktioniert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt

Fabulous villa in a great location

We have had an amazing week at Francesco’s Villa Anna. He was the perfect host; settling us in and giving us great tips for days out, always available on WhatsApp for ANY questions and sorting an issue out super quickly. The villa is very nice and had everything we needed however the pool and garden are exceptional. We were determined to explore some of “the boot” but it was so difficult dragging ourselves away! There are 2 outdoor eating areas which are both covered from the sun (we never used the indoor dining table), a fabulously large gas bbq, covered table tennis table and then the pool. It is gorgeously big and the end with the diving board is super deep - remember to ask about the tidal jet as that added another dimension and hours of fun! On Francesco’s recommendation we did venture to Monopoli and Lecce, ate at 2 great restaurants and spent our check-out day travelling through Locorotondo to the gorgeous Alberobello. The location is almost remote whilst being a 5 minute drive from the town, where there are supermarkets and lovely restaurants.

Sehr schönes Haus,etwas abgelegen, sehr ruhige Gegend, gut abgesichert. Schöner großer Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Francesco ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, kleine Mängel wurden schnell behoben.
