Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with terrace and small garden in a residence with swimming pool. For parking, you have a private parking space in the residence. The residence benefits from a large swimming pool, accessible in common by the tenants of the residence. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the entrance which serves the rooms in a star shape. First on the right is the beautiful living room composed of the living room and the dining room. This space opens onto the terrace. On the other side on the left in the corridor, you will find the very well-equipped independent kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, the first with two single trundle beds 80 x 190, and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed 140x190. Both bedrooms have large storage cupboards. For amenities, you have a renovated bathroom and separate toilet. Regarding the exteriors, you have for dining, a beautiful terrace equipped with tables, chairs, parasol and electric plancha. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or in the shade, depending on your desires. The apartment has an internet box with Wi-Fi. A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops, and activities. The rental is ideally located 550m from the shops, and 1400m from the town center, the port, and the beach. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region and enjoy the beautiful swimming pool of the residence. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute reservations. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 per day per pet surcharge will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
