The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. There is also an exit leading to the terrace from this room. The apartment has one bedroom with a french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), and an exit leading to the terrace as well. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave.

The apartment comes with a shower/WC, electric heating, and a terrace measuring 25 square meters with both south-facing and west-facing positions.
