"Breakfast was great. Unfortunately both taxis they ordered for us after we clarifed where we were going they took us to the wrong destinations. Not sure who made the errors. Would stay there again location was great. We had to ask them for our VIP access discount. We also never were offered a room upgrade...they were not forthcoming with the information about these"

The hotel itself is beautifully presented, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout—every area felt fresh, well-maintained, and cared for. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, providing the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. The food was equally impressive, offering both quality and variety, with everything we tried prepared to a high standard. Service across the hotel was consistently excellent—attentive without being intrusive, and always delivered with a friendly, welcoming approach. The location is another standout feature, ideally placed for exploring Rome, with many key attractions easily accessible, making it a perfect base for both first-time visitors and returning travellers. Overall, an outstanding stay—highly recommended and one we would gladly repeat."

"Worst experience ever. Two pairs of my Gucci footwear brand new black heels and brown shoes — were stolen from my room. The hotel showed no accountability and failed to help. When I asked to check CCTV, they refused and told me to get a police report first. The police station was closed and we had a flight the next day, so it wasn’t possible. Very disappointing and stressful. Would not recommend."

"The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The room was attractive but somewhat small. I loved having a tub in the bathroom however the shower setup caused issue with keeping the floor dry. The free coffee was nice but there was no cream provided. There was no open space in the hotel lobby to sit with your outside food/drinks. Every table belonged to the bar/restaurant. If I wanted something different that the restaurant didn't provide I had yo eat it in my small room."

"Fantastic hotel, really nice. Friendly staff, rooms were very clean and they kept on top of all the basics (changing towels, toiletries, etc). Nice breakfast every morning, even a little gym which was awesome to use! Very near Termini station, which is super handy. Hopefully will visit Rome again soon, and i would definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you for making it a nice stay ❤️"
