Cozy and clean 1971 single wide mobile home located on a half-acre in the friendly town of Sand Lake, MI. This old little trailer has personality and some quirks, paired with clean-comfy beds. Walking distance to downtown, the lake, library, and park. Great local food and bar. Public launch on south-side of lake. Only a half mile to the White Pine Trail for walking, running, biking, snowmobiling. Around the corner from Paradise Cove community. Plenty of parking for vehicles and couple of trailers. Three large decks with picnic table and grill. Enclosed front porch.**Pet Friendly** with leash outside. Full kitchen, washer/dryer.

Place used towels on top of the washer. Wash and return dishes. Remove any food. Collect trash and place in bin near front. I'll take care of the rest 😀 Thanks for staying!
