The staff mentioned that it wasn’t on their end and that this issue happens sometimes when booking through the platform. On a positive note, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They also offer free parking for guests, which was very convenient. Overall, the stay was still good despite the mix-up. "

"Was there with my son and family. We specifically booked a hotel to park a vehicle for a week. After waiting for almost an hour the shuttle never came. When calling the hotel to ask each of us was on hold for at least 15 minutes. My son ended up taking a cab to the hotel to pick up his vehicle and get the rest of the family from the airport. "

"Our stay was longer than an average stay, but housekeeping was sporadic and we never knew if they had come or not during the day. Breakfast was good, but was so crowded they needed to open up an overflow room. Staff were friendly, and interactions were efficient. Would stay again."
