"Overall we enjoyed our stay - the room (although ground floor) had a view (we paid extra for the ocean front), the beach was good, we always found chairs and towels (free), and the room was comfortable with plenty of hot water and clean towels daily. The housekeeping staff was excellent! The one lunch we had at the resort was great, but the seafood BBQ was overpriced and the meats and lobster were overcooked and dry. Everything else at the BBQ was very good though. Be prepared that if you do not have the all inclusive, everything is every expensive. Small coffee in the AM $4, a muffin $6 (those were the least expensive options)...drinks expensive too. The all inclusive might be the best route - $139 per person, but includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee at the bar and most drinks, plus water sports stuff and I also think the bus passes and tipping are included. If you do not book directly with the hotel, the staff will remind you frequently and not be as helpful as they should."

"This was a perfect place for a week in Bermuda. Bus stop across the street, beach access and we loved the kayak available to guests. The host is quick to reply to questions and the house has everything you need. What it lacks in luxury it makes up in location. We watched many sunsets and even enjoyed a rainbow that greeted us on our first night. We definitely plan to return in the future."

"We had a wonderful stay in this villa to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Our host, Jen was extremely accommodating and responsive. The house itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the back deck and hot tub area was gorgeous...we spent a lot of time there! There is even a little concrete dock down the cliff on the water where we could sunbath, swim or kayak. Bermuda can be challenging to get around if you don't rent a car or scooter, (we rented a car) but Jen also mentioned there were electric bikes available if needed. We would love to come back and we hope to stay a little longer next time!"

"This property is a perfect spot for exploring all of Bermuda. It has everything you need and the outside space is way better than any hotel. The beach is beautiful and the kayak / SUP are so handy for exploring. You can paddle out to the nearby islands and experience how beautiful it is. The bed is really comfortable and the property is well equipped. The bus stop and ferry port are so close. You can walk to shops, takeaways, restaurants. Would recommend booking both properties if you’re two couples so you have space between you but also your own privacy, and basically a private beach between you. Christine was super helpful with any questions before and during our stay. Thank you "
