"We had a wonderful stay here, it is a great location and all the staff are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, especially Chelsea who went above and beyond to help us with tickets and itinerary which made our stay even better. The on site restaurant served a fantastic selection of meals. We would recommend this place to stay wholeheartedly if you are visiting the national park."

"Highly Recommended! Excellent Service and Hospitality We had a wonderful stay! The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Mia, who made our experience extra special! She helped book all our activities, provided clear itineraries to follow, maintained excellent communication, and checked in on us throughout the day to ensure everything was going smoothly. Her attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care made exploring Zhangjiajie completely stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring. The outstanding hospitality and personalized service truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional, personalized service!"

"The location of Wang Yun Homestay is very convenient. The "Charming Xiangxi" show is just across the street, and the East Entrance of the National Forest Park is within walking distance. There are plenty of food and entertainment options around the guesthouse. All the staff are nice and helpful. Special thanks to our housekeeper, Kiki, and the store manager, Ms. Li, who organized our transportation from Zhangjiajie West Station to the guesthouse. They also provided valuable advice for our trip. The guest room is clean and stylish. The breakfast offers a good balance of traditional Chinese and Western dishes. The only inconvenience was carrying our luggage from the guest room to the lobby when we checked out. There is no elevator, only stairs. Overall, I would rate our 3-day stay and housekeeper Kiki "10 stars." We really appreciate your warm service. Great job!"

"Unreal hotel, we paid for airport pick up and they were on time and car was nice. They did shuttles to the west gate of national park which was super helpful as nonscheduled just as and when you ask We had breakfast and lunch in hotel it was lovely Heated infinity pool which was unreal Room was beautiful it was like log cabin but so so spacious They had activities on too, we spent an hour with a tea master having tea & did the shortbread biscuit making just to have a little rest and it just felt so special. Really recommend here, 10/15 min shuttle to west gate too and they help sort tickets when you’re there! Compliments to rain and his staff! 10/10 would stay here again!!"

"The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!"

"Loved everything about this property. Spacious & clean room. Big & modern bathroom. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet & delicious. Self-serve laundry was handy. The staff was friendly & efficient. Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park."
