Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. "Wow. Absolutely loved our stay there at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. The hotel was fabulous with amazing service. Rooms were spacious and had great views. Definitely recommend the Club level with the stacks and drinks and lounge. Stayed at the Oberoi Delhi before and this was even better. Spa and Massages were relaxing and rejuvenating. Love the driver and car services to visit downtown Goa and sightsee. Will definitely be back next year when we return for an annual medical conference."

"Staff and front desk were very hospitable. Shomit and Sruti provided us with great tourist spots to visit. The restaurant staff and Amel checked in on your needs and provided great service and care. The picnic by the pool was a lovely treat and a great way to enjoy the weather and pool amenities. Benalium beach is a 100m walk with various food options. "
