Beachy Comfort Elegance

This exquisitely furnished 2bed/2bath ground-floor unit offers a peaceful tropical view. This lovely unit with a beachy theme boasts comfort and elegance and is an easy stroll to the beach or pool. Recent updates include new ceramic tile floors, new kitchen appliances, and new furniture throughout. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and a lovely extra sitting area. The master bath has a walk-in shower with a seat and grab bars. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and grab bars. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai. The fully-equipped kitchen has had a make-over featuring granite counters. Other amenities include central air, ceiling fans, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, WiFi, queen size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are provided for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS ALLOWED. #20-00022320

Very Clean, great location

Very clean unit with all new updated furniture and accessories. Great location with only a 3 to 5 min walk to the pool and beach. The property is well-maintained and has very friendly staff. Close to all attractions and restaurants.

Our unit was clean, had all the amenities, great pool, not far from the beach. Just a little disappointed that we were not able to see the beach from our location.

Excellent on the beach property

This was a great condo with all new furnishings and appliances, It was close to the swimming pool and the ocean was also visible from our front window! We enjoyed it very much during our week stay in Sanibel.

Exterior shows some age but overall the property is as represented and the interior of the unit was updated and very nice. Grounds are well kept and the pool was very refreshing to use after an ocean visit. We enjoyed our visit and this VRBO

Great location

We had a great time at Sanibel Siesta. The condos were fitted with everything we needed and great access to the beach. It was a nice walk to a few restaurants too and right along a bike path.

Perfect spot for quiet family getaway

We wanted to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded spring break areas and this was perfect. Condo was clean and good size...lanai was huge! We spent the mornings at the beach and the afternoons in the pool. Nice area to walk at night...overall just what we weee looking for.

Great condo on the beach!

Beautiful, quiet clean and close to the water . The grounds are lush and well kept. Bikes are available for rent . Close to everything! Will definitely be back!

Clean, Cozy and Quiet

Unit was clean. Beds were comfy. Happy that use of beach chairs/umbrella we included with unit. AC worked well. Internet worked well. Pool was nice. Beach access was convenient.

Very close to visiting Paradise!

A very well-maintained property. The interior had been remodeled and so was very up to date. The kitchen was well equipped though a can opener would have been nice. The grounds of the resort are beautifully landscaped and the pool heated. The office staff is warm and friendly and respond to any issues immediately. Highly recommend this condo to to you.

Great place for families!

The unit was clean and very well stocked. The team at Sanibel Siesta was so professional and accommodating! We can't wait to go back. The perfect beach only steps away and affordable, you can't ask for more.

Nice room, temperamental appliances

There was a lot of good with this complex, and some not so good. We stayed in room 203 for our stay. PROS: 1. The room was nice, it had ceramic floors, a big dining room table, an absolutely huge screened porch, flat screen TV in bedrooms. It was updated and spacious. 2. It was a block away from the beach that was very easy to access. The closet was packed full of beach gear for us to use. 3. The pool was clean and quiet. CONS. The appliances were having issues. 1. The refrigerator took 24 hours to cool down to a respectable temperature. I had to remove all my dairy products I purchased and run them over to my family's unit next door to put in their fridge. I was afraid of having my kids drink the milk that was in it, so I had to throw it away. After 24 hours, it was cold enough to store all my food. 2. The AC unit stopped working one day while we were out, we returned to a unit that was 82 degrees at my childrens bedtime. I called the emergency number for the complex, and they had a guy fix the problem within 15 minutes. (I wish he would have announced that he was at our unit before he started working on it, and he was a little gruff). The fix was easy: there was too much stuff in the closet, something fell and pushed a pvc pipe into a "down position" , tripping a sensor and shutting off the AC. He told me that he had told the owner about the problem multiple times and that he has to do this often. Seems like the problem could be fixed pretty easily. Having 2 little kids up until 2 am that night was punishing 3. The thermostat was hard to figure out. Our room was pre programmed, and set to 76 degrees during the day, which is way too hit for us. I finally had to turn off the button that said "schedule " to make the room stay at a decent

Girls weekend

Unit 203 is very nice. We had 6 of us stay in this unit, and we had plenty of space. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. The screened in porch was very nice. We also enjoyed doing some of the puzzles that we found in one of the closets.The complex grounds are beautiful. Very short walk to the beach, and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Everyone was very friendly. Office staff very nice. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Fantastic apartment steps from the beach

Beautiful, modern, clean & spacious apartment with private terrace, shared pool, gas grills & beach access! This was one of the nicest rentals we've had! The kitchen had everything including plenty of dishes and silverware. Pots & pans, microwave, stove, oven & coffee maker - everything was high quality and new. The location near the beginning of the island is perfect for long beach walks and shelling. Staff were friendly and helpful. We hope to come again soon!
