Beautifully updated and sitting directly on the lake, this home is perfectly situated within a private tropical setting on the lake and within walking distance to your own private community beach access. The home comes completely furnished with a very comfortable layout with a well equipped kitchen and multiple outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining, grilling, wildlife watching, and even a fenced yard for your dog. The house comes ready to go with beach towels, beach chairs, pool floats, coolers, beach toys, bbq grill, puzzles, and games. *This home must be rented monthly from the 1st of the month to the last day of the month(s).

Sanibel vacay!

Home away from home

After 3 days of diving, walking into this charming house was so welcoming! It gave us the adrenaline to unpack as fast as we could. We did this just in time to have a cocktail on the front porch! Fixed steak on the grill by the pool and watched the sun set behind the trees. Just beautiful! There was the nicest breeze, perfect!

Great place and walkable to the beach

Wonderful home with nice amenities and walkable to the beach. It was perfect for our family to get away from the cold of Ohio.
