  • Welcome to Sanddollar C101! Totally renovated and updated throughout with custom kitchen cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances and tasteful coastal decor and furnishings. Enjoy unobstructed Gulf views from the spacious living, dining room and private lanai. Relax on the screened porch and relish in the sights and sounds of the pristine beach and the Gulf. The large owner’s suite offers a private balcony and an updated bathroom with dual vanities and oversized shower. This unit comes furnished and is equipped with a full sized washer/dryer for your convenience. Sanddollar offers beautiful grounds with lush landscaping, resort style pool, tennis courts, private storage closets and a private boardwalk to the beach. Enjoy world class sunsets every night from this extraordinary property! Vacations should be this good!

    Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed 1 Full & 2 Twin (bunk) beds (sleeps 5 people), flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated community pool w/ outdoor showers & bathrooms, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, tennis & pickle ball courts, elevators. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

    Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

    14 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 5 people.

Oceanfront Stay in June

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 2 weeks in June. The property was beautiful and clean! There were a few maintenance issues during our stay as the complex continues to get up and running post-Ian, and Sanibel Vacations could not have handled the situation better. We were really impressed. We would definitely come back!

Perfect Sanibel Vacation

This was our first trip to Sanibel and we absolutely fell in love with it! Our family with three teens stayed in Sanddollar C101 and it was perfect. The condo was spotless , beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed sunrises on the beach, fishing, biking, pickleball and swimming. The condo also included beach chairs and bikes. The location is perfect and we loved how close it was to the beach. One recommendation that I would give to the rental company is to have some cleaning products stocked. I would have used glass cleaner on the table and patio doors throughout the week. Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us. We hope to return.

Lovely stay at Sanddollar C101

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in the condo. It is in a great location as far as getting to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo kitchen has everything we needed to prepare any meal. Lots of glassware, thermal mugs for the beach, etc.The condo itself feels very spacious. We were very comfortable with four adults, and it is decorated beautifully.Love the keyless entry! Never had to worry about who had the keys, which is a big deal when you have four adults going in and out of the condo all day long.The only thing we noticed that could be improved is the lighting. We are a family of readers and the only lamp that was a good reading lampwas in the master bedroom. We hope there is better lighting next time we vacation at Sanddollar. Thanks so much for a nice stay.

Nice oceanfront Sanibel condo

Very nicely appointed and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils. No pantry. Ground floor beach closet with chairs, umbrella, and bikes. Good location. Wasn't clear that VRBO had an additional fee on top of the one from Sanibel Vacations (property manager).

Sand Dollar C101

Sand Dollar Unit C101 was a great property that we look forward to visiting again! Condo was very spacious, larger than we expected and thoughtful updated. The screen porch was perfect with a great view of the beach. And special thanks to Sanibel Vacations. The checkin and checkout process was easy and smooth.
