Villa Anchor is located in Binibeca Vell, just 2-minute walk from the well-known fishing village and 10 minutes from the beautiful beach. The bars, restaurants and souvenir shops are all close by. The town of Sant Lluís is about a 7-minute drive away and there is a regular bus service to Mahon the island’s capital. Other southern beaches can be reached within a 5/10-minute drive, while northern beaches are only 20 minutes away. The journey from the airport to the property takes about 15 minutes.

The villa is very well kept and the furnishings are comfortable. It develops on one level, and it features a lounge/dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

Outside there is a porch with table and chairs that is connected to the lounge, and it is ideal for al fresco dining. Furthermore, there are sofas for relaxing in the shade and the swimming pool (7m x 3m) that is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace.
There is also an artificial grass area with local plants on the other side of the garden. Finally, there is a built-in barbeque and also a shaded area for parking the car.

Menorca is one of the Balearic Islands, for sure the most magical and least known by the mass tourism.
